What are my options?

Original Arcade Cabinet

At first an original arcade cabinet is seen as the ideal solution. In your head you have the image of playing the cabinet and everything being perfect. Now let's take that World War 2 classic shoot 'em up 1942 as an example.

1942 was released by Capcom back in 1984. That's well over 25 years old! There are the odd, very rare 'museum quality' pieces out there but they are in the hands of collectors who don't want to let them go. The vast majority of machines are as you would expect, worn by the years.

A machine of this age also brings with it it's own little gremlins, meaning that reliability isn't what it once was if it isn't prepared by engineers who know what to look for.

Refurbished Arcade Machine

As arcade machines moved out of the eighties the trend for cabinets started to move from dedicated designs, to generic cabinets that would then be branded with the games graphics / top marquee.

These machines have fared better than their older eighties brothers, giving you the option of having modern day reliability, with the original game! The key to this is using an original game board. This is then tested and serviced to ensure there are no weak points of failure before being installed in a cabinet that has had a full monitor overhaul, wiring tested and re-wired if applicable, plus all controls tested and updated if required.

This gives you reliability! Plus, the cabinet can be customised with the games original marquee and side art to further enhance the feeling of the original game.

We can even 're-skin' the arcade machine with vinyl to create a new looking machine.

New MultiGame Arcade Machine

Over the past few years the MultiGame arcade machine has become a very popular choice. This beast not only gives you the chance to play your favourite game, it can also provide many, many more games! It's like having an entire arcade in just one cabinet. Once you're at the controls on the machine you soon realise that the MultiGame provides the magic of playing an original arcade machine.

On the occasion when your game isn't provided through a MultiGame card we're able to give you the option of running the original game card, along with a MultiGame card. This is thanks to our highly skilled technicians who are able to produce custom wiring looms that allow you to safely change from the original game card to a MultiGame card with the flick of a switch.

Reproduction Arcade Machine
If a MultiGame machine isn't your ideal choice and you still crave having a machine that looked exactly like the original we're able to create a reproduction for you of the original cabinet to house the original game board.

In essence you will have the same feeling as when you stepped up to the original all those years ago! After all, back then the original was a new machine!
