Where Do You Ship & How Much Does It Cost?
We offer a Standard Shipping Service for ship FREE to the United Kingdom. For all mainland locations that are easily accessible, there is no added delivery charge. For remote mainland locations, buildings with poor access and offshore parts of the UK there may be an extra charge for delivery. The standard shipping service means that the machine is dropped off with you to setup. For an upright and tabletop machine all you need to do is plug and play.
For more complex machines, such as twin drivers we offer an Enhanced Delivery Service. Once delivered your machine will be setup for you by a trained arcade specialist to ensure all is installed correctly.
We also ship Internationally - price on application. Please contact us for details if you have a query on delivery.

How Soon Do You Ship?
For ready made new cabinets. We typically ship within 3 working days of ordering.
Refurbished machines that are listed on our site typically have a lead time of 3 to 14 days.
For custom made cabinets it can take up to 28 days to fulfil your order. If you need to meet a deadline or just have to have your cabinet right now please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Your machine isn't shipped by a mainstream courier, it's shipped by a dedicated delivery network that allows us to offer FREE UK delivery. Our standard delivery is to your door. If you need assistance with your purchase in your home (to go upstairs, etc.) please contact us for our Enhanced Delivery Service (mainland deliveries only).
We have agents in various countries. If you've seen a machine you like and you're not based in the UK please get in touch for a delivery quote.

Price
The prices shown include VAT at 15%. You will receive a VAT receipt for your order that will be emailed and/or posted to you once your order is complete.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated these are the warranties that are provided with the arcade machines on our site and the arcade machines that we locate:
New Machines - Home Use
3 Months - On-site Engineer Support
9 Months - Return to base parts and labour warranty
New Machines - Commercial Use
12 Months - Return to base parts and labour warranty
> With trade we can also supply parts to be fitted by your own qualified engineers.
> We also supply an on-site engineer service for commercial users if your own engineers are unable to work on the machine.
Refurbished Machines - Home Use
12 Months - Return to base parts and labour warranty
Refurbished Machines - Commercial Use
3 Months - Return to base parts and labour warranty
9 Months - Parts warranty
> With trade we can also supply an engineer if your engineer is unable to fit the part.
All of the above warranties relate to normal wear and tear of your machine. Vandalism or abuse of the machine is not covered under warranty.
All of our machines are fully tested by qualified engineers before shipping and should provide many, many years of trouble free use.

Cancellation/Returns
Full details on our built to order machines are provided on this website to ensure the customer fully understands what they are purchasing. When a customer orders a machine ether verbally, in writing, or by making a payment, they agree to be bound by that order and realise that due to the bespoke nature of each custom-made/refurbished machine they are not subject to the right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
Other arcade machines that are listed on the site that do fall under the Distance Selling Regulations can be cancelled only if a notice of cancellation is made (either by post or email) within 7 working days of the day of the delivery of the goods. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if they exercise this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the goods, the Customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the Customer's expense from the address to which they were delivered. Please note: The Customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if the goods aren't returned in the condition that they were supplied. There is a 25% restocking fee for any returned goods.
