Namco have created a true next generation game in the form of Nirin. This 2008 release has stunning high definition graphics that are literally brought to life on the 32" liquid crystal monitor. The feeling of speed is incredible. Especially when you hit boost and the world around you becomes a blurr!

VS Battle - With this you get to show the other rider just how good you are as you race each other at breakneck speed.

Single Race - Need to tune up your skills. Practice on a single race to learn the track and master your choice of bike.

A good racing game needs great courses. You won't be disappointed with what the Nirin motorbike experience gives you. There are 5 fantastic courses, each testing you with a variety of twists and turns and some even through heavy traffic where you really need your wits about you. Each course is set at night. The attention to detail on the backgrounds especially the way they're lit is a big step up to previous racing games.
Variety is the spice of life! That's why you have a choice of 5 different motorbikes. Each has it's own unique characteristics, from a Maxi Scooter to a twitchy Super Sports machine.
One of the keys to winning on Nirin is to use your brain! Whenever possible snick in behind cars, trucks and other motorbikes to use their slipstream, then you can whip out past them with added speed. Another way is to use boost! Now this isn't just a 'hit the button and off you go' experience, you need to earn your boost. Bank hard going through turns to build your boost meter and then straighten up your motorbike for a superb kick that can send you blasting past your rivals.
Another new feature is the way that challengers can join you. Traditionally if you're on a two player game challengers have to start at the same time! Not in the world of Nirin! When you first start you're able to choose if you would like to accept challengers. If you do you can be interrupted at any time by a challenger! Bring it on!
