Terms & Conditions of Sale
When placing an order on our site we will only request details from you that are pertinent to that order. We will not sell or disclosure your details to any third party.
Machines must be paid for in full, prior to delivery. If the item is bespoke or requires refurbishment, works commence only once full payment is received.
Ownership and Title
Chain of title shall not pass to the customer, until payments have been received in full, in cleared funds. If payment is to be made via finance or leasing, chain of title shall not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full. If for any reason a payment is not received in full at the designated account of FindArcadeMachines.com once a delivery has been made FindArcadeMachines.com reserve the right to repossess the goods.
When a customer orders a machine ether verbally, in writing, or by making a payment, they agree to be bound by that order and realise that due to the bespoke nature (machines are either built to order or refurbished) that they are not subject to the right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
To ensure equipment is delivered to the customer in a working condition shipments are handled via FindArcadeMachines.com. If a customer wishes to arrange their own delivery, FindArcadeMachines.com will not be held responsible for the machine once it has been collected. Promises of delivery dates are made in good faith and are adhered to as closely as possible, but no responsibility is accepted for unforeseen circumstances arising. Delivery dates are based on production order runs and refurbishment times. Due to this sometimes machines may arrive later than the prospected delivery date. Refunds will not be given purely because machines may arrive later than expected as they are bespoke made for each individual customer. Any refund or partial refund is at the discretion of FindArcadeMachines.com
All machines purchased from FindArcadeMachines.com will be covered by the following warranty :
New Machines - Home Use
1 Month - On-site Engineer Support
11 Months - Return to base parts and labour warranty

New Machines - Commercial Use
12 Months - Return to base parts and labour warranty
> With trade we can also supply parts to be fitted by your own qualified engineers.
> We can also supply an on-site engineer service for commercial users if your own engineers are unable to work on the machine.
Refurbished Machines - Home Use
12 Months - Return to base parts and labour warranty
Refurbished Machines - Commercial Use
3 Months - Return to base parts and labour warranty
9 Months - Parts warranty
> With trade we can also supply an engineer if your engineer is unable to fit the part.
Any repair, service, or modification carried out on any machine by the customer, or any unauthorised third party during the warranty period, may invalidate the warranty.
We sell a wide variety of machines including, but not limited to brand new stand alone cabinets, multigame arcade systems and refurbished arcade machines.
With all of our machines the product sold comprises only of the physical hardware. At no point is software of any kind whatsoever sold. If applicable software is installed free of charge at the customers request. FindArcadeMachines.com does not condone copyright theft.
When installed, a coin mechanism is provided to be used at the sole discretion of the customer.
All machines are created by their relevant manufacturers and or produced using commercially available parts and retailed by ourselves in good faith. We also act to refurbish machines to restore them to their former glory.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions, are found to be invalid by any competent authority, then this shall not affect the rest of the Terms & Conditions, which shall stay in force.
The customer shall exercise due diligence in protecting the copyrights in the goods, so far as it lies in its power.
FindArcadeMachines.com does not accept any liability for damage to the machine as a result of misuse.
Any complaints should be made in writing to FindArcadeMachines.com, within 7 days of delivery.
Back to base – Customer is responsible for the cost and organisation of the safe return and collection of the machine.
On site – Engineer will visit the machine on site at the earliest available date. Should the machine not be able to be repaired on site, the engineer will arrange to return the machine back to the workshop, affect the repair and return it to the customer at the earliest available date. On site engineer visits are chargeable unless covered by warranty. All engineer visits will be by appointment, if the engineer cannot gain access at the agreed time, then a call out fee will be payable by the customer.
Act of God
FindArcadeMachines.com shall not be held liable if it shall be unable to carry out any provision of the contract for any reason due to reasons beyond our control.
These terms & conditions shall be governed by the Law of England and Wales and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
